Jeffrey Jones
Chief Executive Officer & Lead Designer
Jeff, an experienced lead Software Engineer, has developed robust software solutions for government, commercial, and internal usage. His expertise lies in building applications that seamlessly integrate into multiple systems, including the government's ATAK application and Nett Warrior Android devices. Jeff's expertise spans from developing embedded systems in C++ to network-based systems using Java, and he has written integration software for a diverse range of systems. With over 8 years of experience in the industry, Jeff is a valuable asset in shaping and guiding North River Integrations towards success.
Tyler Meade
Chief Operations Officer & Lead Developer
Tyler, who grew up in a small town in rural Ohio, developed a passion for technology at a young age. As a child, he spent most of his free time tinkering with his grandfather's Apple II computer, which eventually turned into a hobby he enjoyed throughout his childhood. At the age of 16, he used his skills to create his school's website, but it also landed him in trouble with the school for exposing their local network's security vulnerabilities. After completing his studies in Computer Science at Lorain County Community College, Tyler pursued Software Development at Baldwin Wallace University. At the young age of 24, he founded his first business, which provided Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software solutions to prominent manufacturers such as Ford, Daikin, and Pride, among others.
Jay Matthews
Chief Financial Officer & Director of Sales
Raised in a military background, Jameil traveled and lived in a diverse number of locations across the globe. He graduated from Doha College at the age of 17 , after which he return back to his native home in Cleveland, OH. Not knowing where his path my take him, Jameil (Jay) found his passion in staff management, at a small manufacturing plant; eventually going on to rise up the corporate ladder with multiple levels of management beneath him. He accelerates in QA, with multiple certificates and skills which stretches across gearing, automotive, and aerospace. He also has a deep set of experience and skills to pull from in previous sales jobs, IT fields, and even a degree in nursing. Jay thrives on his ability to manage any situation, and uses that ability to continued to shine in the manufacturing industry. With experience working closely with DCMA, Jay has experience with government contracts, the knowledge of multiple Mil specs including the use of WAWF programs.
